President

Amy O’Gorman Jenkins

President and founder of Precision Advocacy, Amy is an esteemed legislative advocate and public affairs professional with more than 30 years of legislative, public affairs, and regulatory experience at the federal, state, and local levels.

Amy is a well-regarded expert in matters involving city and county government, revenue and taxation, environmental quality, clean energy finance, consumer product safety, transportation and infrastructure, cannabis policy, and military and veterans’ issues. Amy’s work has been recognized by state and national policymakers and institutions and earned her a spot on Capitol Weekly’s Top 100 list of non-elected policy influencers in Sacramento in 2018 and 2019.

Prior to her work as a lobbyist, Amy served in the California State Legislature as the Chief of Staff to then State Senator Lou Correa, Legislative and Public Affairs Officer for Solano County, and Director of the League of California Cities’ Grassroots program. While serving in the Legislature, Amy worked on key legislation to improve transportation quality, safety, and governance; create transportation jobs; and boost economic growth.

 

 

Legislative Advocate

Nicole Wordelman

Legislative Advocate for Precision, has represented local government clients on budget, policy, and regulatory issues before the State Legislature and administration since 2006. During this time, she has represented a range of local government entities including the cities of Ontario, Santa Cruz and Berkeley, Alameda County, the City and County of San Francisco, Orange County, San Bernardino County, and Ventura County. Nicole specializes health and human services, homelessness, housing, public safety, the environment, parks, and the state budget policy.


Business Manager

Mary Creasey

Business Manager for Precision, is an experienced professional in both political and business spheres. Mary began her career with the League of California Cities, working with city officials to advocate for local governments at the grassroots and statewide levels. She went on to earn her MBA at San Francisco State University’s School of Business, focused on sustainability. Before returning to California politics, she worked with Fortune 500 companies including Keurig Green Mountain and McDonalds to improve their sustainable coffee purchasing programs as a Business Development Manager for Fair Trade USA in Oakland, California.


Strategic Partner

Fran Mancia

Strategic Partner with Precision, has extensive experience consulting with cities, counties, and special districts across the country on tax and revenue policy. Fran has built an extensive professional network through his work with the League of California Cities, including serving as a two term League Partner President, as a Trustee of the California City Management Foundation, and as Cofounder and Chairman of the California Contract Cities Association. Fran is a Regent Emeritus of the University of California and an appointed member of the Fiat Lux Alliance, the Advisory Board to the University of California Office of the President.
